We provide a general Travel Immunisation service for our patients at both surgeries. We also provide Yellow Fever Immunisations at our South Ham surgery.

If you are travelling abroad, you will need immunisations when travelling to certain countries. This advice changes frequently. We therefore provide a Travel Immunisation form for you to fill in with the details of your planned trip. Once you return the form to the surgery, the Practice nurse will then check the latest advice and complete the form. You are advised to telephone and speak to one of our receptionsts a few days after returning your form. She will then be able to tell you which immunisations are recommended and how much they will cost.

Forms should be completed at lest 8 weeks before your journey to allow any immunisations you may need to be given and become effective prior to travel.
