The Practice Manager
Mrs. Anne Phillips is the Practice Manager, and she may be available to discuss any administrative or non-medical aspects of the practice. She is also available to discuss any suggestions or complaints.

We are lucky to have an efficient and helpful team of receptionists, both at South Ham and Hatch Warren. They are here to help you, but they do have a difficult job to do, with demands on their time, such as dealing with enquiries and telephone calls, and organising the doctors!

The Practice Nurses
The practice nurses are available for blood tests, dressings, ear syringing, blood pressure checks, vaccinations and travel advice, cervical smears, family planning, well person checks and any other nursing advice.

The Health Visitors
The Health Visitors attached to the practice can be contacted at South Ham on (01256) 336386, or at Hatch Warren on (01256) 320567. Link to health visitors pages.

The Midwives
A midwife is attached to each surgery, and they hold weekly clinics.

The District Nurses
The district nursing team attached to the practice is responsible for the nursing care of patients in the community. They can be contacted on (01256) 350311, all calls received before 3pm will be replied to on the same day (weekdays only).
